MY TERMS OF SERVICEHello, thank you for being interested in my work, here you can read my terms and conditions, you don’t need to read everything to commission me, but keep in mind that placing an order with me implies that you agree with the points established here.
OLYVES-
GENERAL
• I can decline the commission request if I'm not confident and/or comfortable to fulfill it. (with or without explanations).
• You're allowed to edit the commissioned art and have the right to publish and use the artwork with proper credit to me as the artist. (Either directly @ or indirectly).
• Please message me if you would like to pause your commission.
• The client should provide clear specifications and references for the commission.
• Extra $5 will be charged for complex design/backgrounds.
•Urgent deadlines have an additional fee.PAYMENTS
• You can opt for a 50-50 payment if the commission exceeds $60 usd, otherwise payment should be made completely in advance.
• 100% of payment by default unless you state that you want the 50-50 payment method that I mentioned above (This is to make communication as clear as possible).REVISIONS
• Sketch: 1 revision
• With color: 3 revisions
• Full illustration: 4 revisions
• Afterwards. It’ll be 5usd per additional revision.
• Only minor changes on final stage or I can charge you extra (I will notify you in advance).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• MAX turnaround time is 2 Months.
• Feel free to contact me about progress!
• I will send you the sketch for approval, changes can be made if requested. (not for non-contact services)
• Minor changes can be made after I deliver the final product.
•Yes, I have an estimated time per commission, sometimes it may take less or more, I will let you know at the beginning in case you have a Rush deadline.I DON'T...
• Copy other styles
• Some Nsfw of real people. self-insert with fictional characters and other types are okay, you can ask more about this point.
• Extreme violence, images that promote hate and discrimination. Some type of gore are okay.
